High Five X is our high intensity interval training program based on CrossFit methodology. Classes last 55 minutes with a dynamic warmup, workout and cool down. High Five X focuses more on metabolic or cardiovascular conditioning than overall strength training. We incorporate a system of low load, high interval programming to build lean muscle and annihilate fat. The workouts themselves target the entire body, are fun, challenging, and the most effective way to burn fat, gain strength, and build endurance without getting bulky.
