Check out these mobility videos! Make sure you watch the introduction video first to set yourself up for success. The best way to approach this is to pick 2 or 3 videos and consistently perform the mobility exercises containing within 3 times a week for 10 minutes. After a few weeks, either add another exercise into the mix or trade one out.
